Dr. Anil Safaya is an ENT specialist with over 41 years of experience, including 36 years as a specialist. He completed his MBBS and MS in Otorhinolaryngology from JIWAJI University Gwalior in 1983 and 1986, respectively. He is a recognized PG teacher for MS ENT at Delhi University. He is a member of various medical associations, including the Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI), the Indian Medical Association (IMA), and the Indian Sleep Disorder Association. Dr. Safaya has worked in a senior capacity in several prestigious institutions in India, including AIIMS and Safdarjung Hospital. He has extensive experience in teaching MS, MBBS, and nursing students. He is known for his excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in Otolaryngology and has a proven ability to lead, adapt, develop, and manage a team. Dr. Safaya has developed Standard Operative Procedures (SOP) and guidelines for various clinical diseases while working in India and Oman. He was one of the first ENT surgeons to start surgical snoring and sleep apnea treatment in Safdarjung Hospital with the Department of Respiratory Medicine & Critical Care. He has presented lectures as a speaker and chaired sessions in national, regional, and international CMEs. Dr. Safaya is well known in the ENT circles of India and abroad and has been awarded May Appreciation Certificates by the Ministry of Health, Oman, for his work in ENT.
