With more than 13 years of expertise, renowned ophthalmologist Dr. Bharat R Thoumumgkan is a leader in his area. The All India Ophthalmological Society admits him as a member. Following his graduation from Gauhati Medical College in Guwahati, Dr. Bharat R Thoumungkan earned his MS from Assam Medical College in Dibrugarh. He pursued fellowships in paediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, and Lasik/refractive surgery from the All India Collegium of Ophthalmology as well as the Aravind Eye Hospital in Madurai. His specialties include treating strabismus (squint) and amblyopia, as well as paediatric and adult cataract surgery, LASIK for adults and kids, and refractive solutions. He specialises in computer vision syndrome treatment as well as phacoimulsification surgery and femto laser-assisted robotic eye surgery.
