Dr. Gaurav Kakkar graduated from Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore with an MBBS and from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal with an MS in ophthalmology. He finished a lengthy fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at the esteemed Aravind Eye Hospital in Madurai. Additionally, he has finished a Phacoemulsification Ratan Tata Fellowship at the Chennai-based Sankara Nethralaya. For 10 years, Dr. Kakkar established and led the pediatric ophthalmology services at Venu Eye Institute, where he gained expertise in treating children with cataracts, squints, and other eye conditions. He has also served as faculty and delivered presentations at various national conferences.
