With a commendable association spanning more than two decades, Dr Sunita Lulla Gur has earned a distinguished reputation for her exquisite clinical and surgical contributions to the field of tertiary eye care. Her specialties include advanced cataract surgery, paediatric eye care, glaucoma treatment, advanced contact lens technology, and low vision therapy. Additionally, she has had great success in helping people with low vision and other eye-related conditions achieve excellent results. Dr. Sunita shows a keen interest in raising the standards of quality in ophthalmic procedures. Dr. Sunita is an alumna of Nagpur University and has more than 20 years of experience in ophthalmology. She played a crucial role in the establishment of Venu Eye Institute's anterior segment, paediatric eye care, low vision, and contact lens services. She worked at ICARE Eye Hospital in Noida as Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist, Quality In-charge, and NABH Coordinator in addition to her time at Venu Eye Institute. Dr. Sunita has presented at numerous national and international conferences, where she also published papers. For practitioners, she wrote "Guidelines for Comprehensive Management of Low Vision in India."
