Dr. Deepak G. Udapudi is a highly skilled and compassionate general and laparoscopic surgeon with 29 years of clinical experience, including 25 years of teaching experience. He graduated from prestigious institutions such as JN Medical College Belgaum and JJM Medical College Davangere, where he won a University Gold Medal in his MS examination.
He has served in various capacities at JJM Medical College Davangere as a lecturer, professor, and department head. He has four national and 14 international publications and has guided undergraduate and graduate students in ICMR projects and thesis.
He is interested in laparoscopic hernia repair and has performed many major and supra-major surgeries and laparoscopic procedures. He has been an invited speaker at state-level CMEs and conferences and has also served as a judge for scientific paper sessions at state and national conferences.
