Other than this he is skilled in umbilical cord transplantation and stem cell transplantation. Talking about his work tenure Dr Bhargava has worked in Medanta the Medicity as a senior consultant where he promoted bone marrow transplant services. He has successfully performed more than 1000 transplant procedures. He has given his services in Fortis and Artemis hospital in haematology and bone marrow transplantation department. He has introduced facilities for bone marrow transplantation and haematology at Medanta the Medicity Gurgaon. At Fortis Memorial Research Institute he has been appointed as the director in haematology department.
