He holds a Fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology (FVIR), accredited by the American College of Graduate Medical Education, which he obtained from Columbia & Cornell University in New York, USA. He completed his MD in Radiodiagnosis from J N Medical College, AMU, Aligarh, and his MBBS from J N Medical College, AMU, Aligarh. With 37 years of extensive experience, Dr. Vivek Saxena leads the interventional radiology department at Majeedia Hospital & Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi. He has also worked as a Senior Registrar at Safdarjung Hospital & V M Medical College in New Delhi. During his career, he has gained valuable expertise as a Postdoctoral fellow at Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University in New York, USA. Dr. Vivek Saxena's contributions to the field have earned him recognition and awards. He is certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) in the United States.
