She currently holds the position of HOD & Sr. Consultant in Nephrology & Renal Transplant Medicine at Pushpanjali Crosslay Hospital since 2009. She has also served as a Senior Consultant in Nephrology at Pushpanjali Medical Centre in Delhi. Her expertise extends internationally, having worked as a Senior Registrar in Nephrology at Royal Perth Hospital in Perth, Western Australia, from 1998 to February 1999. Dr. Aggarwal also worked at the Institute of Kidney Disease & Research Centre in Ahmedabad from 1996 to 1998 and as a Consultant in Nephrology & Renal Transplant Medicine at Batra Hospital in New Delhi from 1996 to 1997.
