Dr. Sameer Shrivastava is an esteemed medical professional serving as the Chief of Non-invasive Cardiology and Principal Director of Cardiology. With a career spanning 37 years, including 28 years as a specialist, he has gained extensive expertise in the field. After earning his MBBS from JIWAJI University in Gwalior in 1986 and his MD in General Medicine from Mangalore University in Karnataka, India, in 1991, Dr. Shrivastava completed his education. From Kanpur University, he later pursued his DM in Cardiology in 1995. Previously, Dr. Shrivastava was Executive Director and Head of Non-Invasive Cardiology at Escorts Heart Institute in New Delhi. His contributions and accomplishments in the field of cardiology have been acknowledged throughout his career. In 2003, the IMA New Delhi branch, in collaboration with the Heart Care Foundation of India and the IJCP Group, presented him with the "Clinical Cardiologist of the Year" award. In 2006, Dr. Yoganand Shastri, the former health minister of the NCT of Delhi, recognised him as one of the top ten physicians in the country. Dr. Shrivastava's areas of interest include Trans Esophageal Echocardiography, 3D Echocardiography, Stress Echocardiography, Tissue Doppler Imaging, Vascular Doppler, and more. He is affiliated with prestigious medical societies such as the Indian Society of Cardiology, Cardiological Society of India, Indian Society of Hypertension, Indian Society of Vascular Diseases, and Indian Medical Association. With his extensive knowledge, experience, and numerous accolades, Dr. Sameer Shrivastava continues to contribute to the field of cardiology and provide excellent care to his patients.

   
● The Heart Care Foundation of India and the IJCP Group, in collaboration with the IMA New Delhi branch, presented him with the title of “Clinical Cardiologist of the Year 2003.”
● Honored as one of the ten distinguished doctors in 2006 by Dr. Yoganand Shastri, Ex-Health Minister, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
● Recognized with the Distinguished Service Award and outstanding contribution in the field of cardiology by the World Congress on Clinical, Preventive, and Geriatric Cardiology (WCCPGC).
● Received the Dr. J. J. Sood Memorial Award for Excellence in 2010 from the IMA-NDB Chapter of IMA AMS.
● Honored with the Award of Excellence in Cardiology by Late Smt. Sheila Dixit, Ex-Chief Minister, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
● Received the Distinguished Services Award in 2010 from the 7th International Congress Geriatric Care.
● Recognized with a Token of Appreciation award from the Indian Journal of Geriatric Care in 2012.
● Received the Distinguished Service Award from the 4th Dil Ka Darbar 2012 – A Heart Summit organized by E-medinews and Heart Care Foundation of India.
● Honored with the National Excellence Award 2012 by the 19th MTNL Perfect Health Mela organized by Health Care Foundation of India.
● Honored by Akhil Bhartiya Kayasth Mahasabha (Prashasti Patra) in 2013.
● Awarded the International Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology in 2014.
