Dr. R R Kasliwal is a highly accomplished medical professional in the field of cardiology, currently serving as the Chairman of Clinical and Preventive Cardiology. With an extensive career spanning 45+ years, he has made significant contributions to the advancement of cardiology through his expertise and dedication. Dr. Kasliwal graduated with an MBBS degree from Sawai Mansingh Medical College, Jaipur, in 1973. He further specialized in cardiology, completing his DM from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, in 1977. He also holds an MD in Medicine from Sawai Mansingh Medical College, Jaipur, earned in 1976. Throughout his career, Dr. Kasliwal has held notable positions, including working as a D.M. Cardiology & Pool Officer at the AIIMS from 1977 to 1982. He then served as a Senior Cardiologist at the National Heart Institute for five years, from 1982 to 1987. From 1987 to 2007, he held the position of Director in the Department of Cardiology at Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre. Since 2007, he has been serving as the Chairman of Clinical & Preventive Cardiology at Medanta- The Medicity. Dr. Kasliwal is a renowned cardiology expert with numerous awards and honors. He specializes in clinical and preventive cardiology, community cardiology, and preventive cardiology, including non-invasive techniques like cardiography, ultrasound, echocardiography, and vascular surgery.
